Scotty’s custom shop back open?

Weird question, I have an older Newport where the neck is ever so slightly out of straight. Can they “reset” the neck to straight? Also, would they add tungsten plugs to bring it up to 350g? It is already at 340, but a smooth bottom (no screw in weights).

Just need a friendly pro. My coach here in the Uk just got in two Scotty pistolero for me from his titleist rep and is selling them to me at Scotty shop price instead of eBay price. It helps I’ve spent a fortune with him over the years however…..

I never would of sent mine to the CS if it wasn't for it being a CT. Ridiculously over priced for services rendered, that's for sure.

For sure. Any 1) collector or 2) LE/Expensive Scotty I understand sending to the CS. Other than that...I just don't get it.

Can they “reset” the neck to straight? Probably as loft/lie adjustments is one of the services they offer.
