PXG gen6 XF 3wd vs Ping G425/430?

 Have used Ping fwy woods for years but now that PXG is adding a 16* model with the ability to set it up flat with weight towards the toe I very interested.

Yeah PXG woods to me has the highest price-to-quality esp when everywhere else you need to put a 400-500 in for even a 3 wood.

I have the Gen 5 XF in the flat setting with the weight in the toe and I like it better than the 425.  Really forgiving with great feel

Not a fan of the gen5 look, but like the all black of the gen6.

Are the XF woods taller in face height then the Ping......Ping to my eye is quite shallow.  I've only seen the 0211 (prior gen) fwy and they were tall/deep.....curious on the XF's.

I’m curious too. I prefer the more shallow face of the Ping, but wish I could see side by side pics of both to see how much deeper the XF is.

Anyone have a review on the Gen6 XF 3wds?

Have nothing really to compare it to directly as I generally suck with 3 woods. I did get this Xf tho and found it incredibly easy to hit and get it up in the air. Can’t tell on distance though. My gut says it’s a bit shorter than the big boys out there but it’s very easy to hit

Crazy numbers on the new Gen6 fwy. Anyone else finding the same with it?

curious how the ping fwy are through the rough? Looking at a 5/7 wood, but the face looks pretty square, i would think that makes it slower through the thick stuff

I use a g425 max 7wd and it works great out the rough and tough lies. Digs it out better than any club I’ve ever used, wood or hybrid.
