Additional Cart Strap for Golf Bag

Anyone know if there are any options for additional bag straps to tie to the cart? I know some Cart Bags have additional straps in the back that strap onto the back cart basket. 

 

Didn't happen to me but played a round earlier this week and my playing partner's bag fell off the cart cause the cart strap got loose. We were on the grass and not going fast enough to cause major damage to any clubs but yikes.

I have been using a nylon strap with a buckle for over 20 years. A nylon belt with a buckle works too. I put it around my bag and through the cart basket.

 

Many years ago I went to a course and the bag boy strapped my bag to the cart. It happened to be a brand new bag, first time out. As we pulled away the bag fell down and was dragged by the guy driving the cart over the blacktop. My brand new bag was scuffed up badly along with my driver head cover and driver. The course wouldn't replace anything stating I should have checked to make sure the bag was strapped on properly by the bag boy. Since that day no one has taken care of my bag except me. Whenever a course has someone to take care of my bag or has someone to put it on a cart I refuse. Since that day I started using a nylon strap with a buckle. I advise anyone to do so.

 

I don't know how many bags I have seen come unstrapped and fall off a cart over the years but it is close to a dozen. Some in the grass and some on cart paths getting roughed up. The weirdest one was with my friend's bag with me driving the cart. We had teed off on the first hole and were riding along not that fast in the rough. His bag fell over but did not fall off the cart. Somehow just hanging on most of his clubs fell out of his bag in very tall rough. We found all of his clubs except his 6 iron. Luckily an honest person found it and turned it in and he got it back.

Maybe even a bungee cord with carabiners at the ends?
