ZX7 MKII vs. T150 vs. Cobra King Tour

I feel like the T150 may be a little hotter coming off the face but that’s all antidotal

Hit all three yesterday. Zx7 had best flight. T150 was solid, had some pop. The cobra wasn’t bad, just didn’t wow me. However none of the above could beat the ping i230’s.

Where would you slot in the i230's on spin vs these 3?

This was the most thorough fitting I ever had. It was irons only. Lasted almost 2 hours. Great back and forth dialogue with the fitter. I drove 3.5 hours for this fitting lol. 
 

Honestly, all irons, minus the Cobras would’ve fit. They hit windows but maybe we’re missing one aspect. It was tough. The i230’s hit most windows the best. A little high but only by maybe 5 feet. The ZX7’s were great, just a tad spinny. All were within about 500 rpm’s of each. 
 

The Titleist 150’s I hit 4 shafts. And each shaft after about 3 swings he pulled them from me and basically said these won’t work spin wise no matter what we do. 
 

Went from i230’s with DG120 X100 to Project X 6.0. Heattributes the slightly less stiff shaft to calming my hands down in transition and delivering it a tad shallower than before. 
 

The i230’s were less spinny but albeit just a few hundred rpm.

Very interesting as the MKii ZX7's have had the least amount of spin for me when demoing similar style irons.  Pings were one of the highest.

zx7’s we’re the lowest spinning by about 300 rpm

Out of all my off the rack testing, these 3 were my top favorites in terms of feel. I have a fitting this Friday so we’ll see what the numbers have to say.

Just had my fitting and T150 and King Tour were the 2 winners and basically a tossup with what I want to go with. 

Both with Nippon Modus 120 x shafts
