Suggestions on where to focus

Finishing up season a couple strokes lower at 13.9. Played decent for a stretch with 10 rounds 79-84 and won $525 in the mostly hacker league.

Anyway just looking to get more consistent if anyone has some drills or suggestions. I usually play a little pull cut when I'm playing well. Short iron/wedge shots are probably my stronger suit than driving. I'm trying to tighten up tee shots this offseason and have 18trackman sessions prepaid for winter.

Sorry to be "that" guy, but all the same stuff from your thread last year is still applicable:

Your hip movement is still exactly the same as it was before (backwards), and you're still managing massive early extension and a big overswing and the club getting way across the line at the top with broken down wrist angles. It looks like you've gotten better at untangling that mess in the downswing via managing to shallow a little earlier, but if you want tangible improvements you're going to need to address this overall foundation otherwise you'll likely be plateaued where you are.

I know you mentioned a poorly healed right wrist injury that has a significant impact on mobility, is there any potential in working with that to increase range of motion? The complete lack of right wrist extension and that hand mostly coming off the club in the backswing is kind of a glaring issue, but if it's a pain issue then I understand simply trying to work around it. Assuming your legs don't have any issues though you're really going to have to learn to rotate and pivot correctly, because the early extension you're managing is a direct product of your incorrect hip movements.

Thank you for taking the time to look again.

I'm probably going to search for an instructor in person. I'm just not getting it though any video instruction. Despite so much work I'm able to hit 100yd right hand only 8irons and hit driver off the deck now that ugly early extension is still there. I took lessons in the past and got very little from them. Pull with the arms and hit a paper bag left of target line is what I got out of $200.

The wrist is what it is. I've gotten a little more mobility than I had last spring but it'll never be close to full. I've gotten my grip well into my fingers and loosened it up a lot to get the most I can.

I've done a lot of weight training and speed training and able to hit 103-105 on course now vs. 97-98 before but not really helping with consistency.

I'm not looking to go on tour. I played a fairly tough course this year with treacherous breaking mountain greens. Hit 12 GiR and 3 putted my way to an 81. That was a very good ballstriking day with driver and irons, all cuts all day. That's what I'm looking for, days like that being my normal game. With better putting. 😆

Do you think you have the knowledge to perform a really good bodyturn and arm movement if you go really slow? Like in slow motion?

I thought I did but I'm pretty confused now. I've been doing some drills I saw from an instructor Trevor Salzman recently.
