Srixon Z-Star - which Bridgestone ball?

Does Bridgestone make a ball that directly comps with the Z Star? Most would say the BXS, but I would think that the Diamond would be closer to that. I know that the BX would be along with the Z Star XV, but is maybe one of the RX models closer to Z Star?

Compression wise it's on par with BX S at around 84. It definitely doesn't spin or fly like it though. The RX is probably the closest in terms of flight/spin and the compression is just slightly lower at 79.

I think Bridgestone XS is the closest to Z Star in feel and playability. Launch for me with XS is just slighter lower than the Z Star.

Current Z Star is 92 compression(as per their website) the compression on Z star's seems to move from model to model more than most mainline balls. Always tweaking. I do prefer the XS over the Z star. XS compression is 86. XS is maybe 3 yards longer off the driver for me. Irons about the same, greenside spin is similar.

RX is 75 so more comparable to Chrome Soft at 75.

2022 Bridgestone balls have some great sales right now. I took a chance on 3 doz. BX balls, I normally play Srixon XV. If the BX work and are still on sale by the time I've been able to try them I'll really stock up.

Z Star is a very unique ball design. Softest feel of the Srixon balls, lowest spinning in the middle of the bag, but most spin around the green. These characteristics were why the Diamond was designed because Koepka wanted more distance off the tee, more spin in the middle of the bag, but a softer feel than the XV. The closest ball performance wise from Bridgestone would be the Tour BX but it will feel firmer. The RX would feel softer and perform similarly on full shots, but does not have the green side spin that the Z Star does.
