Vessel Bag Decisions

Need help with my indecision. I've been looking for a while and decided to go with a Vessel Play 4 Pro for a number of reasons. Now I can't decide whether to get a standard Grey or Blue or wait for another special edition to come out. Does anyone know any dates that special editions come out?

I had the grey bag and swapped it out for the DXR model. I was afraid of the regular player 4 lasting through carts and travel. They look amazing and I prefer the grey.

I have the Player 3, and it has traveled and been used on plenty of carts - as long as you use the cart sleeve, the regular synthetic material lasts fine.

I've got the 4 pro in gray and love it. Only had it for a month or so, but no durability concerns so far.

I have the regular IV in grey.  I wish i'd done the blue or white.  I seem addicted to grey things and I have too many of them.  Need some other color in my life.

Between navy and croc black myself right now. Navy is always in stock. Black I will have to wait for. Can’t make my mind up???

I have 2 of the Navy, a Player 3 and Player 4 Pro. Ive yet to even use the 4. I do not baby my bag at all. I use it on a push cart about 60% of the time. I have never used a cart sleeve either and its fine. Not sure if our carts are just set up that it does not damage the bag but I don't have any issues where the cart strap passes through and this bag is 2 years old. The only issue I can see is where the bag rests against the cart down near the water bottle holders. I have a few scratches there.

 

As for color, I just love the navy. It is dark enough to not show a lot of dirt but different enough to stand out.

I was thinking grey may allow me to get some wackier headcovers... I could probably also use some other color in my life though

Both look good which looks better?? Black is probably less of a standout but the croc black looks unique. Blue has contrast and is a bit more of a standout but neither flashy which I like

Which one is croc? I only see the pro iv in pebbled black?

The Cart XV 2.0 has croc., navy, black, white, grey. I am a cart bag guy. I do walk but with a push cart.

Pro IV does not have croc they just have the standard navy, black, white, and grey

Fair enough. I walk once or twice a year so I want the flexibility of a hybrid stand. 
 

For what it’s worth, I really liked the masters edition bags but I thought the green croc skin was a bit too fancy for me

I do like to walk quite a bit. But when I do I use a push cart. Don’t carry anymore. Only reason I consider a stand bag is the ease of taking it out of the truck and not worrying of it falling over.

With that said I do think I am going to stick to a cart bag. I like the extra pockets and cooler for cold beverages. I try not to load the pockets with stuff all the time just when needed.

The masters edition is pretty nice. But not offered in the XV 2.0. And they are sold out of the 14way top with the Player IV

You might want to check out the new Vessel Player Air as well - it looks like a far lighter version of the Player IV.

I would be interested in an air version of the other vessel bags. This bag is still going to be heavier than other bags.
