Just found my golf “easy button” bag.

I tinker. It’s a looooong off season of SIM rounds up here so bag tinkering kills time and keeps me connected to golf. Now that my home course is open and I’m on green grass and seeing non virtual ball flights, I can say that this bag concoction of oldish, kinda old and new is hilariously fun. Yes I have no driver or 3w. Yes I have 2 gap wedges. Yes I have no lob wedge. Trust me, it’s all working. I have total confidence to pull any of these 12 clubs without reservation. I took my time this winter to figure out my games strengths and weaknesses in order to go to my existing club inventory and mix in “new” to fill gaps. 
My motto this year is “why make the game harder than it already is”. Play the most forgiving bag possible that I still like the look of. This is what I came up with. Putter not included. That’s a different story. 😉

For better or worse I have found living in a climate with no real weather and a 12 month golf season has taken my want to tinker away as the years have gone on but you might have inspired me to restart

I am a big proponent of this philosophy

I play G400 irons and my friends are always trying to get me to try players clubs.

The forgiveness I get when playing the g400 far outweigh any benefit I could imagine from players irons.  When I go for a fitting, I have to tell the fitter to put away the t200 or the i210

I want all the forgiveness I can get in every club

I even play the CBX wedges 

Have not tried a Mini Driver but my Driver is cut down to 44.5"

Golf is hard enough, I need every advantage I can get

Yup Sun Mountain 3.5. Zero tangle and loads of storage that makes sense.

I'm mad at all my putters currently. They are all on a time out. Scotty FastBack 1.5 has apologized though and has since been re-introduced to his friends in my bag.
