Golf shoes tray/holder to keep your car clean?

Hello everyone,

 

Minnesota (USA) golfer here that has played many rounds in wet fairways this season (we hit the state record for monthly rainfall in June). I was wanting to know if any company has created a golf shoes-specific tray or holder for your car so you stop bringing turf into the trunk or passenger side after every round (even when you try to clean them off.) Thanks for any info.

Knock off the debris and clean the the tops and sides of my shoes.  I keep some BonAmi in the back of my suv to wipe down my shoes.  Then they get tossed into the back with my cart and clubs.  Early on, I bought a $15 rubber mat that I cut down to the size of my hatchback and every once in a while I take everything out and wipe/brush off the mat.  That's as clean as it needs to be back there.  Firm believer in that the U in SUV stands for Utility.

Have a weather tech mat in truck. Not too worried about it.

Most shoes come with a free box

Get a shoe bag. You don't have to pay 120 for one. Get one with pockets to store a wrench and extra cleats. Still should clean them a little before putting them in. Keep shoe trees in them when not wearing them.

I leave mine above my locker with shoe trees.  If I didn’t have a trunk mat, I would buy 1 or you can use a towel.

Look for a “boot tray”, typically used inside the front door in nasty weather.  I’d imagine Amazon has them.  Or Walmart, etc.

As others have said, shoe bag. $20 or so on Amazon. As a bonus, it functions as a, you know, bag.

Keep a brush to clean your shoes in your car.
