golfwrx site is slowing down

what i mean is that the speed that wrx pages load up has been quite slow these days. is it my slow cable or is everyone else seeing the same thing...

Yah, I noticed that as well. I'm wondering if it has to do with the time of day that I'm on and how many users are on as well, though.

 

When I'm on at work (about 4 pm ET), I notice that sometimes, I can't even connect. Could be my work computer though...either that or "someone" telling me I shouldn't be on Golfwrx while at work....

haha, I notice it as well... and I also get the same problem at work... there have even been a couple of other sports sites that i use to visit blocked.. :good:

I'm with ya there, too. We have 2 computers and both

seem slow. I keep yelling at the wife to "fix the computer.

If it's true, we'll just keep it between US. :good: :D

You can help it by turning off Avatar's in your settings, and disabling flash in your browser.

Site speed seems good to me right now. There have been some slow responses we have had the last 2-3 days that we are checking on but, right now things seem pretty fast.

Everything loads up fine for me. A day or two ago it took a little while for the forums index to load, but that's long gone too. I chalk most slowing up that I encounter as site maintenance anyway, and that's always a good thing!
