Ohio State Scarlet Course.

Hey guys.

 

Im a student member over at Ohio State Golf Club and with my membership i can bring up to 3 guests.

 

The fees are $70 for the Scarlet Course.

 

The course was originally designed by Alister McKenzie (designed Augusta National) and was redesigned by Jack Nickalus 2 years ago. It has played host to over a dozen NCAA National Championships, and events such as US Open Section, and Regional as well as US Amatuers, and US Pub Links. It also plays host to the Nationwide Tour's Nationwide Childrens Hospital Invitational. The Course is in absoultuely amazing condition. It ranked in the top 5 overal courses in Ohio and as the #1 College Golf Course in America.

I play nearly every day, but there are some days its closed for club events and maintence.

If you can look past the state that I live in, I'd love to tee it up with you. Me and another guy are planning on going down to Longaberger and possibly Cooks Creek a little later on this summer, and we'd both love to see that course!

ive walked the scarlet for the state tournament in 04, and its an amazing course... i go to school to at University of Dayton and would definately drive an hour to actually play it.

Where did you go to high school?

 

Its probably completely different from last time you saw it. Nickalus redesigned the entire course.
