I did read that putt very briefly, my read was damn this thing is long, I was just trying to get it in a 3 foot circle around the hole I guess I just happend to find the center of that circle.

The NV is kind of hit and miss in the driver. Some people love it and some hate it. It was a factory shaft for so many different OTR drivers it cant be all that bad IMO. For the price it may be worth the experiment.

Forgot to add a little mini review.

I took the 9015 devotion combo out for the first time on sunday, One of the best feeling combos I have hit. The devotion is a terrific shaft, very very smooth, I was a bit worried about it coming from a whiteboard and moving from a stiff to an x flex. I was very surprised by the devotion. Felt even better than the whiteboard great trajectory and low spin. My only knock on the combo is while it is a bit longer than my FT5th whiteboard combo on solid hits, it does lose some distance if it is misshit on the toe or heel.

Thanks Sam, that reminds me I have to take that wedge into cool clubs and have it smoothed out from the dang rocks that I hit on that shot. Couple different ways to play the low hop and stop, but having the mack daddy grooves definatley helps:D

@sam. Normally I am not to picky about my clubs being nicked up but those are some big dings coupled with the one I got one the toe from playing it lefty style out of the desert I think its time to take it in for some grind work to have it smoothed out.

Thanks, If my old FT5 goes back to its original owner it will fund a DH89 rincon to complete the collection since I cant hang with Pure and Medicaptain on the 009 collection the DH89 will be my version.

The dog is pretty cool, he was a rescue dog the my girlfriend really wanted, The only way she could get me to agree was if I got to name him hence the name Bogey now he is my little buddy and I am really glad that we got him.

I think I am going to have to change the title from back nine meltdowns to back nine comebacks. For the 3rd straight round my back nine has been 2 shots better than the front 9. Tidy little 37-35 today to shoot one over 72 (par 71). To top that off there was a package for me at home with a AxivCore Tour Black 79g X flex shaft, which due to how well I am hitting my 3 wood right now its going to be sitting in the closet for a while hahaha.

They are pretty nice grips, its my first time not having golfpride on any of my clubs and I have been pretty impressed by the lamkins.
