what's up with the name

hello everyone:i have noticed that sonartec golf has two names.seems they use the royal collection name in asia and sonartec every were else,what's up with this and are the clubs any different?also i saw a larger version of the cv pro driver than the one we get in the usa on some web site,will we see it in the usa?thanks for the info :busted_cop:

Royal Collection is the parent Company and Sonartec is the US subsidary. Royal Collection was known for high priced and high quality drivers in Japan. Woudn't ever make it in the US with that strategy. So Sonartec is used to differentiate the brands. In the past, heads would initally be first released as RCs and then trickled down to Sonartec branding.

I think Excedo was the US name prior to Sonartec.

Anybody know anything about the RC BBD Type H? When did it come out? What size is it? Good driver? What's it worth? Reason I ask is I have a possible trade brewing...

Yup, and there's still a lot of the heads floating around. Many people who are unaware of this get confused and think they are Sonartec/RC counterfeits.

I think its around 360cc?? I have heard good feedback on it and it was hot for awhile, then TM came out with the adjustable weight Drivers.
