2008 Project X shafts, are they new and improved?

Are they any different now? Do they compare more favorably with KB Tour in 2008 vs. 2007? Thanks!

I heard from a source at TT that since the started making the project X they have not been 100% happy with it. It has not been the same shaft as when Rifle made it. Why? I have no idea. That being said a lot of tour guys are using them and KB Tour is picking up steam, see my sig.

Yes, and no. The shafts are probably identical - but good look finding nine 6.0's that are actually 6.0's. Mass production is causing them a lot of harm. A lot of people are switching away from them.

 

Since Rifle stopped manufacturing them it has gone downhill.

 

I recently made the switch from PX Flighted to KB Tours, and am very pleased.

I thought the PXs were weight sorted, not frequency matched. (The Rifles, however, are frequency matched.)
