Face Caved in on 3 Wood

Hey Guys.....


I bought a brand new 3 wood this winter past....Our season only started mid-may. I just noticed that the face on this club is caved in, there is a crack along the top of the club's face. There is a dent that goes along with the crack. I was wondering what should I do, should I contact Titleist or go back to the person who I bought it off, which I dont think its fair because its not their fault, they sold me a brand new club and now its cracked.

What would you do?

Go to the retailer from which you purchased the club.

Snapped the shaft on the range today and figured that it was high time for a new one. PM me with what you have.

Sounds like it didn't come from a retailer. But I would contact Titleist. If the club has a serial, you'll probably be fine. They will most likely warranty it.

Go to a local golf shop and have them send it in. Titleist should replace it at no charge

I would contact Titleist. My 907 cracked and I sent it in through my golf coach and I originally purchased it somewhere else. They replaced the head free of charge.

Titleist's customer service is aweful! Because of this I will never purchase another Titleist product again...and that is all I have ever played.

this morning I showed it to our golf pro at the course, he contacted the tileist rep, and it will be sent back either today or tomorrow, at no charge. I bought this club on ebay, but it was brand new so....I'm pretty sure they are going to replace it with a brand new one, so im happy....
