OK guys. I have the names of those who are interested so far. I have a bad feeling that, as far as helping this get published, this thread is no longer of much value, since we are doing too much talking about getting published, and it therefore looks like I am just trying to drum up a list of names. When guys say "I want the book.." that helps a lot; when guys say "here is how to get it published, etc." that looks like we are all scheming and trying too hard to show an audience.

So, while I know you are interested in the book, I don't really think a publisher wants to read a thread that is basically about how to interest a publisher in the work, if you take my drift.

Guys were trying to help, and I appreciate that. The thing about the web is that you guys don't know me, and therefore don't know how much experience I have with book publishers, so you were trying to help, and it went the wrong way.

When the book is out, we will buy advertising space on golfwrx and I will inform you guys in a thread. Probably best to shut this down now.

Do you have to publish it initially as a hard copy? Why not self-publish it downloadable with a copy and print protection like Dragon Door (www.dragondoor.com) does with Pavel's books. Seems to me your initial audience is here and and the margin on doing it this way will be much better than going the hard copy route at first.
