Need help finding a good cheap ball

My season is about to start this week. I hope!!!! I need a good cheap ball to use just for the next few weeks since I will be playing in a lot of mudd and will loose a lot of balls due to plugging in the fairways. I would like a ball that will spin and hold greens as close to a Pro V as possible, but for much less $$$. Any suggestions? I was thinking of going with the Noodle or Precept Lady. The AD333 is the way to go, cheaper longer and softer then the NXT.

nike ignite is a good cheap one from what ive heard or nxt or any maxfli max ball.

I have recently been using Srixon AD333 as they were kind enough to send me a box of 12 for free (Thank you Srixon) I have found this ball to be long and straight and has good spin and control around the greens. I think they are half the price of ProV1 and I have been pleasantly surprised! Give em a try

The 2006 version of the Callaway Big Bertha golf ball is a great ball! It goes long, spins well and is durable. And at $20.00 a dozen a great value too!

How did you get the Srixons for free?

You can't find 3 piece balls for under $26. Most 2 piece balls are under that and some are under $20. Here's what I like:

 

Srixon AD333- the best 2 piece ball on the market.

 

Red Max- it's cheaper than the black max and 2 piece

 

Titleist DT SoLo- I have a pretty fast swing, but I still liked them.

Just another vote for the AD333. A very nice ball esp considering the money.

Srixon makes some good budget balls for sure...

 

You can get some of the models for about 1$/ball on sales at the big box stores.

Also, depending on what you are looking for, the Loco is CHEAP (under 1$/ball @ walmart) . I have a friend that plays them and likes them alot, however I can't comment on anything other than the price at this point as I haven't played them.

 

Also, somehow Maxfli always ends up w./ a decent golf ball in the bargain bin @ the super stores at the end of every season...

 

Watch out for the M3 reds though, there is a reason that the M3 blacks were instant sell outs when they went on sale, and there's a reason why the M3 Reds are still lurking around the bargain bins.

Wilson i-wound, at most $10 per dozen at Dick's Sporting Goods, but they usually have a "sale" on them at $15 for 2 dozen. Not a fantastic ball, but they spin pretty well and carry OK. Great, great winter ball cause they're so cheap. They were very expensive when they were first introduced. MC Lady for around $10 dozen are pretty good too.

Try the Maxfli Revolution tour ball. they can be had for under $18 from TGW.com. Good ball for the money, similar to Pro V1(hi spin, 3 pc.).

srixon ad-333 is a good ball but with the maxfli black max selling for only 19.99 a dozen id HIGHLY recommend those as they are amazing :) (pm me if you need/want to know where to get them for 20 bux a dozen)
