best set I've ever played. just love that low offset just perfect at adress. really helps me keep the ball straight when trying to keep it low. just the swingweight is totally screwed. mine are +1/2 and they got somewhat around D7, i'm thinking about going back to std length and bend them 1-2°up to get back to D4-D5

I feel the same way. My buddy has a set and I get closer every day to wanting a set. My CCi forged are a great set of irons though.

I'm stuck in this predicament too. I have cci with rifle shafts and love them, but they don't look like the VR blades that have been sitting in my garage, all wrapped up in the box.

The problem is, the blades have S300 shafts and I get on better with the rifles!

Don't know what to do!

Ya.. I have been looking around for the clubs with the least amount of offset for years, and these take the cake. I was suprised that they have less than titleist. I am also suprised of how much of a difference. I love the look down at these. I have only seen and hit the 6 iron. I cant wait to get the whole set. I am in the process as I am typing this.

I wish there was an easy way to get the measurements of the toplines. Thats more of a pain to get than the offsets.

Low offset is key to my eye and the Victory CB's and MB's are the lowest offset besides the Cobra Pro MB's and CB's. The Cobras have slightly less offset in the long irons and a shade more in the middle to short. All other companies either screw up the long and mid iron offset to my eye or the topline to hosel transition ... I'm picky. The reason I'm leaning towards moving into the Nikes from the Carbon CB's is that they have a nice blade length. The Cobras look smaller ... scary smaller.

Ya, you are right.. minimal offset really looks good... especially to look down at. It makes me feel comfortable... Like the face is in line with the shaft; not behind it. I like the face to mirror where my hands are exactly.

After you mentioned the Cobras.. I took a look.(Cobra Pro MB) The only sticks with less offset are the 2 and 3 iron. I am definitely not going to use a two iron when it comes to blades. I have a two iron in my Clevelands, but I normally use the 5 wood. It is a necessity for getting out of trouble. A two iron is only good for windy, windy days. And, it doesn't give you much more than a three iron. I feel it is much more of an advantage to carry a five wood. And as far as a three iron having more offset, I will take the other 7 clubs over 1... you know. The Cobras do look like a pretty nice.. even though they look a little too "space ship-ie" to me (for lack of better words). I only looked at the pictures on Cobra's site, but they didn't look too short. They seem to be more of a short and stocky club... such as the Callaway prototypes. I tend to like that better than long and lean. Yet, there is more offset in both of those. So, t** for tat... I guess. But in this case, I will choose "t**". Cause I like the way they feel better. ; ) And the Nike's aren't too long. So, I am happy with them. Now to see how well they hit, through the whole set.
