My present bag is a Sun Mountain and I'm pretty satisfied. I can't remember the model but it's 4.5 pounds and has a handle... it's 2 years old and they don't make it anumore... but the FOUR 5 model seems pretty good... this would be my first choice... not much bells and wistles but well made and sturdy
Before this I had a OGIO exo. Well made and sturde, but too heavy.
I used to have a IZZO 10 years ago that was great... but when it died, I bought a newer version and the quality just was not there anymore.

I remember now... my Sun Mountain is a lightning es. Good bag. I had it for 3 years now and it's holding up. The only thing is, the deviders are getting a little loose and the clubs get cought on them as I take them in and out... a little anoying... I would think the FOUR5 model would not do this as there are 14 slots with full lenght deviders!! I would love to hear some feedback from someone who used it!
The OGIO grom is pretty solid and so is the Nike SQ Tour Stand bag. The Nike isn't heavy, but it's certainly not the lightest of carry bags.
i have 3 sets of irons and these are the 2 bags i have, they are holding up nice for me, the nike feels alot lighter than the grom but im a big guy and dont mind carrying. actually prefer it. except when my buddy cheats. thats the only time i wish we rode in a cart. i know his ball is gone and lost in the woods but he magically finds it along the tree line.

golf smith has a great deal on ogio bas right now and if you can find the nike at a spports authority, they are ringing up 129.99

Exactly my problem and the reason why am getting a new one. Had it for 5 months and it folds in. It is impossible to get the clubs in and out of the top of the bag. I like the idea of 14 dividers because of organization and ease of use though.

What are you looking for in terms of club organization?

If you want a 14 way divider system and a very lightweight bag, then IMHO, the Sun Mountain Four:5 is the only way to go. The Nike 14-way bags are nice, but not nearly as light as the SM Four:5

If you want an Ogio Woode type divider system, then check out the 2009 or 2010 Ozone. I would stay away from Ogio's bags without the Arc Lite leg system. The old legs were Ogio's Achille's heel. The new legs are much better. Ogio also has some unique colors/styles.

If you want a traditional divider system, I like the TaylorMade Monza Featherweight. It's solidly built, lightweight, and has legs that will snap your foot off when they retract/deploy (that's a good thing.) But there are a lot of good bags in the lightweight/traditional divider system category. I'm sure you will get some other good suggestions.

Hey guys  , 1st post on here, brand newbie to wrx. My experience with Ogio, great bag except for the leg mechanism. I have the Ogio Ozone from a few years ago and the legs are just not a good system. The rest of the bag is fine, especially the 'Woode' top. If they have in fact fixed the problem with the legs as per Harry Longshanks, Ogio gets my nod.

I have the Sun Mountain Four 5, but then I bought the 3.5 when they came out with the Gator bag.

My husband has a Titleist version of the Sun Mountain 3.5, I think called the X86 or Premium Stand bag. He recently bought the new Ping under 4, and that is a nice bag. I would buy one, too but I just bought the Gator Sun Mountain bag and recently also bought a Nike cart bag...

The Sun Mountain Four 5 has held up very well. I only "replaced" it with the 3.5 since I wanted the Gator bag. Darren bought the new lightweight Ping bag because he wants to walk some this fall and he wanted a lighter bag. I only have good things to say about my Sun Mountain bags.
