Just booked my trip to Scottsdale, AZ.

Just wanted to thank the community here for being so helpful. I've been planning my first trip to Arizona with three other friends the last couple months, but this is my first time posting regarding it. Never needed to even ask questions because you guys have given so much great input about the area, the different courses, the experiences, etc.

I found everything I needed from your existing conversations. The people and content here are fantastic. Tried to keep our costs down while still getting out to some nice courses.

Here's the end result:

Arrive Thursday afternoon on Feb 4:
- try to get 9 holes in after checking in (tbd where)

Friday: ($99 double play)
Vista Verde
Tonto Verde (Ranch)

Saturday:
TPC Champions ($46 walking)
Troon North (Monument) ($145 golfnow.com)

Sunday:
We-Ko-Pa (Saguaro) ($175)
Fly home in the evening

Thats a solid lineup for a decent price, Ive played vista verde a few times in the last month and its still a good track even though the fairways are dormant. I was at Tonto a couple weeks ago and it looks like its in great shape. Tonto did overseed the fairways this year so everythings nice and green.
Can never ever go wrong with Troon or Wekopa, and the TPC deal is the best deal in town.

Enjoy your trip, maybe swing by Mastros for a steak dinner on your way back down from Troon
