Finally picked my putter for 2010..PING iN 1/2 Wack-E

I walked into the local golf store with full intentions of picking up a new rife putter for this season. I have done a lot of research and trail and error and have decided to put a 35 " putter back into play. I was thinking of a 365 gram head weight in my mind. I hit many of the rife models in the store and also switched the weights in a few models. It was hit or miss..some good some okay but not in love. The heavier weight was actually not as good for my stroke. Then I tried the TM putters, callaway putters, and even the Heavy putters. I was very confused. So I started grabbing all the models and just hitting a couple of putts with each. After over an hour I found ..well what I think is the holy grail (LOL..we're all clubs ho's). I picked up a center-shafted 35" Ping iN 1/2 Wack-E. It framed the ball well, felt like a stainless steel face (not the soft insert feel), but was clean and easy to align. I could see the line very easily and face was very forgiving. I am stoked to get this out on the course. I would definitely give this a look..

interesting choice, i know what you mean about the insert it isnt soft and mushy like the odyssey inserts but i didnt like the head shape

Different look, but putters are more in the eye of the user than anything in this game. Good luck and let us know how it goes when you get it to the course.

I have been rolling this putter every day and I love the feel and the roll of the putter. There is an insert but it feels like a solid steel face..not the soft insert feel. The feedback is great and the roll it puts on the ball..AWESOME. Another WRX'r putted with it and was pleasantly surprised. This is flying under the radar because its not a Scotty..but I had a Scotty and the roll with this putter is great. I highly recommend all to try this and pick the model you prefer.

great look - I want it badly.....finished up my taxes and the wallet's a bit tight though. Although this is the one I'm looking at and have coveted. Solid alignment aides and perfect feel, although it felt a bit light at first...the more I rolled it in and in at the store I began believing they know what they're doing.

its worth the wait...I have another month to use it outdoors..darn weather.

Finally had a chance to roll one of these. I didn't think I'd like it but it was surprisingly easy to putt with, and the feel was great. I went in really wanting to like one of the Odyssey putters, but their feel was just dead, and deader.

I kind of wish Ping had made a non-CS version of this putter though.

Its great..I only tried this because I was frustrated with the other putters I was trying. Then I picked this up and it felt sweet and it was easy to align. Starting draining everything..had to get it. And I never even considered this as an option...

Been messing around with high end putters for years. Found this today at Edwin Watts, drained everything in the store. Bought it for $40 and giving in the start at Atlanta Athletic Club in the morning 😂👑👏🏽🐺
