EDWIN WATTS GOLF

Things have real got bad to worse at Edwin Watts Golf Online Ordering/Catlog Sales Department at Fort Walton Beach.

Most of the good sales personnel are not there.

Moral is low as business is extremely low.

Most of the stuff that they show available are actually being got from the retail outlets thereby delaying shipping.

Business must be bad as there new timings are:

Mon to Fri 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sat 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sun 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Highly unprofessional as they confirm availability of an item - charge your card and later regret the same is not available.

Just prooves that the Golf Industry needs to be managed by passionate Golfers or persons who understand the Golf Business and NOT TO BE MANAGED BY INVESTMENT COMPANIES.

Edwin Watts Golf used to be a great place with Edwin Watts managing the business - guess let's say R.I.P.

Both stores in JAX are open 10-7 M-S and Noon to 5. They are still where I frequent first for my purchases, along with GG secondly. I use Golfsmith online or somebody specialized for exotic items. They still treat me well and know me by name. The whole economy is suffering, but EW is not going under. If you have a problem with a location or individual, call the corporate office and they will make the necessary changes and make it right with the customer. They always have with me and my associates. Believe it or not, they truly care about their customers. GM's have and will continue to be removed for not meeting their standards of customer service more so than sales quotas. If you have a problem without a solution PM me and I'll get it to the right individual to take care of you. NO I DON'T WORK FOR THEM NOR ACCEPT SPONSORSHIP FROM THEM. I'm loyal to whom I do my business with.

I am exclusively talking about the Edwin Watts Golf Main Office and none of their retail outlets. Personally I have been buying from their Main Office or Catalog Division for the past couple of years and let me tell you that it is my personal opinion that the quality of service that Edwin Watts Golf has been known for is no longer available. I too am loyal to whom I do business with but when it gets to be a one way traffic - this is what bothers me. They are hoping of surviving on their past glory - I doubt it not for too long. Be rest assured I have got to the right individuals in Edwin Watts Golf but they keep making false promises. NEITHER DO I WORK FOR A COMPETITOR NOR DO I ACCEPT SPONSORSHIP TO WRITE AGAINST EDWIN WATTS GOLF.

I've always had decent luck with Edwin Watts. Moreso with the store in Destin (not sure if it's the one you're talking about). Sure it's in person and not a catalog order...but good service just the same.
