Best Budget Golf Shoe?

So I'm on the hunt for another pair of golf shoes. I already have 2 pairs of dressier FootJoys, one brown and one black. I'm looking for a pair that is more sneaker/running shoe inspired that is mainly white with maybe a little black, gold, blue, or red. I'm looking for a pair at or under 80 bucks. If anyone could chime in that would be great. Thanks in advance!

I picked up a pair of White/red stripe Adidas University II shoes for $20 last year but it looks like you can still pick them up for around $50 now. I think they are very comfortable and a great sneaker type shoe. IMHO a great value at $50 and I stole them at $20, plus you've got a little left over to try some new equipment.

I would look into adidas. TGW has powerband 2.0 for $79.99, fit rx for $40, and original powerband sports for $50. I was looking for the same thing the other day.... haven't pulled the trigger yet though.

Check out the Dryjoy Tech. They are marked down to 80 from 140 on most sites. I have 2 pair and they are excellent. Really want to pick up another in white/black.

Nike Summer Shoes, they are a mesh sport shoe with spikes $50 most places
Adidas Tech Response, ditto $40
Fit RX All leather $40
The old Adidas comforts if you can still find them

Thanks for the info guys. That's kinda what I was looking at; mostly offerings from Adidas and Nike. I am just looking for something a little more comfortable and better to walk in. The Footjoys are good shoes, but they don't treat my feet well on long days for some reason... Thanks again!

Rather than going budget, just find closeouts or last years high-end models on sale. Do you really think shoe technology has improved that much over last year? I sure don't. Plus, I find that the higher-end models wear much better, as I can get usually get 2-3 seasons of out of a pair. The budget shoes I've bought have barely made it through one season.

This year, I managed to get a pair of the 2009 Air Zoom TW for $80 during the golf galaxy shoe clearance. I'd stay on the lookout for deals like that ...

Thanks again... bazinky in all honestly what I meant by budget was a cheaper price. I too definately would rather have a year or two old high end model than a cheap new model and that is what I am looking for. Sorry that I didn't clarify that, but that is what I meant to start with. Right now I am looking at a year or two old Nike and Adidas top of the line models, and that is what I will more than likely go with.

What does everyone think of the Nike Air Zoom Vapor?

I like the Adidas Euro Torsion, for narrower feet guys. They have a nice narrow euro style and I see them in proshops for around $50. Great shoes, very comfy.

I found a pair of closeout nike shox last year on ebay for around $60 (they are white/red). Some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had.

My last 3 pairs have all been from the Nike Outlet store, buy the 3 season old stuff for $40-$60, they were $160+ when released.
