for now, I figure I can hit my 4-iron into any long par3 & the hybrid club i just picked up on is just awesome. I can get it out there a good 245-250yds. I don't really have any gaps right now, so it just makes sense to have another wedge. The way I have them bent, I figure in degrees:

 

PW - 46*

GW - 50*

SW - 55*

LW - 58*

XW - 62*

Finally got my Diamana 83-s shaft put into the Ping G2. So nice. That Pro-Launch was nice for bombing the ball high & far, but I felt like it lacked a bit of control. The Diamana gives me the control & kick that I wanted.

 

The 60* Vokey SM60.04 has a new aftermarket paintfill. Let me know what you think.

Couple new wedges, did a cool looking black-finish on the Raw 50* I just picked up. I kind of like it.

Lord no... My wife had the idea to use velcro so that when I wasn't messing around I could pull them off & have a stock putter. I just thought it was funny, since a couple of the guys I play with, have drawn lines on their putters and they still suck. I can use my wedge & still putt better than half the dudes I play with. (not saying their terrible players, but they lack a lot of feel + shortgame) They are the same guys that will spend an hour before we play hitting driver @ the range, and no time chipping & putting. Go figure

I ALMOST FORGOT! I have to carry a BB-GUN sometimes out in the central valley (I think a .22 would be more effective, but too loud), the JACK RABBITS get HUGE and SCARY

 

AND !!!

 

I bought some PVC pipe and made a little putter holder for myself. After making the switch to a 2-ball, It took up a lot of room in my bag, so I decided to make something on the outside of the bag to help out (using the umbrella spot)

you have no idea how many times that bb gun would be used on geese at my home course if I brought it on the course!!! they crap on the greens so much like on #11!!! ugh!! lol

I got some gun-blue/black from wal-mart (doesn't smell great ... do this outside) and just applied it with a sponge. I didn't bother removing any rust, because I kind of like that look as well.

Use #2 for BB Gun! I can't wait to try it! Recently I've had people I am playing with complain(I spend more time shooting rabbits than I do playing golf)-so it's out of the bag. It wouldnt be so bad, but the freaking rabbits just multiply like crazy. In March, there were maybe... 3 or 4 on the front 9. Now there are at least 30. We have no snakes to get rid of them, but the hawks pickup the injured ones all in one swoop.

I just bought 2ft of 1-1/4" PVC from HomeDepot with a bottom cap and top (which is actually an extension coupler piece) and slipped it through my umbrella velcro loop and then again through the sidebag belts. It's super light & doesnt get in the way at all. I like it alot. Kind of hard to reach over & pull out while walking, but I'm adjusting.
