What am I doing wrong to keep having an item deleted?

I tried to sell a TM SuperDeep a few weeks ago and I decided to keep the club due to all of the low ball offers I was getting. I closed out the ad. Now I want to price it lower and try to sell it again, but my entire ad was deleted. So I put up a new ad and the TM SuperDeep section was removed with a comment added by a MOD. Fine, I understand that, but how am I supposed to re-open the ad if it is closed? I understand that it is hard running this board and the MODS do a great job, but you have a rule that says:

3. Members are allowed one listing, maximum of 10 items, per 30 days of a particular item and one listing per 24 hours (i.e. no listing of an item, selling it, closing the ad and starting a brand new one a few hours later).

Seller must combine their Ads and cannot post new Ads unless their previous Ad is Closed or deleted.

My previous ad was closed.

 

Please let me know what I am doing wrong here. Again, the rule says the a seller must combine their ads and cannot post new ads UNLESS their previous ad is closed or deleted. My previous ad was closed.

The rule also states that you are not allowed to list the same item within 30 days.

You cannot re-list the same item within 30 days in another ad. You can "combine" new items into an older ad, but not old items into a newer ad...unless that item was listed more than 30 days ago. If you need to re-open an ad, PM a moderator or use the "Report" button in your old ad to make a request.

I promise I am not trying to be difficult here but the Rules clearly state:

They're stated as two separate rules. There's no "unless" between them.

- You are not allowed to re-list the same item within 30 days
- You are not allowed to have more than 1 active BST ad at any time.

Guys are interpreting this to mean that they can "close" or "delete" an Ad, and then re list that item in a new Ad 24 hours later. BUT!....You are forgetting about the "30" day rule...such as an item cannot be re-listed within that 30 day period, once that Ad is closed or deleted.

Our administrators, and moderating team are hard at work, in an attempt at re-clarification of these rules.

There will always be those who are attempting to skirt the rules, and then declaring a failure to understand those rules. And I guess there is always the alternative avenue of approach to sell your golf items on e-bay or other pay for sites. JAT

Unless is used in Rule number 3 which clearly is talking about listing items. It is not a separate rule. Thus the unless is implied in Rule 3. The rules says I cannot open a new ad unless my previous ad has been closed or deleted.
I guess we can agree to disagree about this how to interrupt the English language. Again, I am not trying to be difficult or call anyone's authorty into question. I understand my place, I just think the rules clearly state one thing and the board feels it states another thing. This is not my sandbox and I am glad I can come and play here.

I am certainly NOT trying to skirt any rule here and I hope you did not direct that comment at me. If the rule is worded in a way that is confusing, that doesn't mean I do not understand the rule. As a matter of fact, I fully understand the rule. I asked a good friend who is an English major to look a that the rule and he simply states that the way it is worded, the use of the word "unless" implies the both sentences.

I do think this particular rule needs to be two separate rules. But like I said, this is YOUR sandbox, which means they are YOUR rules and I will abide by them.

How many volumes would it take to more adequately interpret the rules of our B/S/T forum properly? GolfWRX is making available to it's members, a way to sell their golf related items, and while attempting to serve both the seller and the buyer equally.

How much effort and expense is GolfWRX to offer to it's members, and for free?
