That is amazing. I am not sure how they get that kind of speed. The funny thing is the standard for him looks to be around 350 with a smooth swing.

he let go of the club with one hand in disappointment... no, just 404 yards. And he's left handed... he's a left handed pitcher... playing right handed golf.

everyone young has that flexibility that allows them to be monsters off the tee, especially if they build some upper body strength, but at 16... come on.

Domenic gets his clubs fitted at the same shop I go to in Walnut Creek California and I can tell you first hand that after watching his swing in person I am thoroughly convinced that sure strength plays a part in swing speed but flexibility and technique count for much more than strength.

What amazes me about this is how many young guys I see regularly at the golf courses that smash it. It 's just a matter of time before some of them make it to the long drive show. This kid reminds me of Sidlowski...

Domenic's flexibility is similar to Sadlowski's but Domenic has a swing he can score low with on the golf course. Jamie Sadlowski has a low handicap as well and a great swing but I think this kid will be more consistent over the long haul.

Kid is alot stronger then he looks, His Baseball team is on a similar lifting program that looks more like a football BiggerFasterStronger routine.

Strength, Flexibility, Technique are all equal.
