I def use craigslist..ebay, not so much. I dont have an account on there. I usually see good deals, but i dont even have the 300 bucks you can buy a set for on there. Im looking to maybe trade my scotty cameron studio select squareback no.1 putter for something. I have another putter that worked just fine for me. Idk, im becoming a club ho

Welcome to the club take it from me though sometimes its better to just hold on to some stuff and save up no need for two iron sets Unless you like the other putter better then in that case trade that Scotty

Yea, im not too worried about what putter i have, i mean it looks nice for sure, but i dont putt bad with my other one...but i relle love the look of blades or players cavity backs..like you were sayin...the look of them can mean a lot. Idk, we'll see what happens. Im not in a rush

I'm in Pa about 35-40 minutes from elmira/corning area...usually play mark twain, willow creek a few times a year. Finally got to play elmira last year...WOW. those greens were like putting on glass and we have some fast greens at my club but man the ones at Elmira were nuts!

Love the greens at elmira stinger. play in many tournies there over the year for "work purposes" lol. Plus i know the pro and he lets me use the putting greens and driving range.

i have tons of putters to trade for that if you are interested. lol. scotty circa 62 #1 and a midslant pp newport. I want to move away from the blades.

Don't get me wrong those greens were in pristine condition but man they were tough when we went up there.

Personally, I love willow creek. Not sure why but I always seem to play pretty well there and walking isn't bad at all. I'm hoping to get up there real soon!

Stinger- willow creek is the best course to walk. Flat and only really one hill you have to walk up and that is a short par 3. played there saturday for the first round of the year. I knew what you were saying about Elmira man. the greens are glass but i love putting on them. the front nine is so tough to play as well there. Back nine you can score on but the front is brutal.

i would rank them elmira twain and then willow. Elmira front 9 is tough as hell. Great views and long. I can get us on there whenever just let me know.

two totally different animals in my opinion. Elmira is just plain and simple a real tough course. I'm not sure what SE is? My wife is usually pretty good about letting me play but so far this year I've only made it out once so far cuz of this stupid weather

never been to soaring eagles but they did hook me up with a couple sweet deals on clubs 2 christmases ago...a brand new r9 3 wood and 5 wood with headcovers and wrenches for $120 a piece! I'm not even sure where the course is though

I'm not someone that will tell you to stay away from blades because I love blades but have come to the conclusion I just am not ready for them. Good luck those mizzy irons are sweet

Im not getting rid of the G10's...im still holding on to them and using them until i get my swing in tact...i just kno im going to want to take the chance at blades because i love the look of them and that in itself is a factor. I just dont wanna spen a crap ton of money on blades. I dont relle need the scotty putter i have..the putter ive been using is agood enough for me. This saves me tons of money. I'm not sure if im going to do it yet or not

If the Mizzy's are in good shape, I would trade for them IF it was me. By no means am I telling you to do it. The bang for the buck seems worth it to me. A $1000 putter isn't gonna put the ball any better than a $100 one. IMO.....Your desire the play blades tells me you want to get to another level in your game. But it is all up to you. Mizzy's are some of the best blades going in terms of feel and feedback.
