When the seller says "Tour" - they clearly mean the Tokyo driving range Tour.Hence the putter has never been used.

The guy sounds like a car salesman (sorry car salesman - I was one for a few months) by trying to get you all warm and fuzzy. He acquired two - right. ...Only to those worthy... - right. If not sold... blah blah blah. If it truly was that tour players putter, he'd have in to Scotty so quick. That fact that he has not and admits it would sell for much more just proves it is fake. What an idiot.
