Help me fix my swing

Releasing too early

Hey everyone, long time listener first time poster.

I've noticed quite a bit of knowledge on this forum so I'm hoping someone may be able to help me adjust my swing a bit. I've noticed that I'm releasing the club a little too early and at impact the club is inline with my left arm and my wrists hinge shortly after impact. Can someone tell me what I should do to fix it other than just keep trying to release later?

Also, does anyone notice anything else funky with my swing? I had never been a long hitter but this year I'm hitting the ball farther than I ever have before:


56/12: 60y (Full swing)
52/8: 90y (Full swing)
P: 110-115y
9: 130-135y
8: 145-155y
7: 160-170y
6: 180
5: 190-200
3 hybrid: 220 (200 carry)
1 Hybrid: 240 (220 carry)
3 Wood: New, having trouble hitting it straight. When I do it's in the 240-250 range
Driver: Averaging somewhere around 270. If I really go after it and either pull it or hit a draw it ends up 280+. The shot below was probably in the 260 range.

Edit: A bit more info on the equipment/swing. I shoot Mizuno MP-58s and the P-8 irons have been fitted for a higher ball flight, and they do. I typically hit them high and they drop straight down and if it hits green they typically roll back a very small amount (1-2 feet). So those distances are all carry. The 7-5 irons have a lower flight and get a bit of roll when they hit the ground. My average shot is 50/50 dead straight or a slight fade. When I go after it I pull it or hit a draw. I do tend to push my wedges though, I can't really explain that.

I'm also short: 5'6" so I'm pretty happy with those distances but I think I might be able to get a little more and be more consistent if I can get the release right.

you have a weak coil because you let your hips sway to your right while keeping your head centered in the backswing...

would be interesting to see an iron swing face on, and a DTL view. with how early you release the driver, it's hard to believe you're not flipping your irons and wouldn't benefit greatly with a tourstriker or impact bag or simple punch shot drills to reinforce a descending blow, keeping the angle in your right wrist...etc.

the other thing that screams flip is hitting a 6 iron 180 and a 56 wedge only 60 yards.

Significant sway load going back
You need to brace your right kne by kicking it down and in to the left at setup.This brace must be maintained all the way to the top of your backswing.
Drill
Place hands on opposite shoulders.Turn your shoulders until they are in line with your right foot.Imitate this coil in your regular swing


Among other things a better coil going back will shorten your backswing
