Would Appreciate any Feedback on my Swing

I am about a 12 handicap and I struggle with hitting slicing blocks and pulls. Very inconsistent. I have always had a cupped wrist at the top with a very flat swing. For about a year I was working on getting more upright but I have fallen back into my old habits there. Right now I am working on a flat left wrist to help me get the proper impact position. However, I feel my swing has flattened out even more when trying to accomplish that. One other thing that hurts my swing is my overpowering left hand. I grip the club pretty tight with my left hand and I feel it leads the swing more than what I would like. When I try to use more right hand muscle I start to get really inconsistent contact though.

 

I am looking for 1 or 2 things to really focus on for consistency. Thank you

Overall a good swing .You should be considerably lower than a 12 with this swing.A t the start you are using your hands a little too early on the takeaway.You need to brace your right knee to create more of an elastic stretch going back.You have a slight run off at the top of your swing where the hands and arms are moving after the shoulders stop.The hands and arms should stop when the shoulder stops.Most of these swing problems can be eliminated by setup changes.
1. angle your left foot out 1/4 turn(22.5 degrees to the target).This will help tighten up your backswing and make it easier to rotate on the downswing.
2. I notice some stiffness in your right arm at setup.This probably is related to the tightness of your grip.A little less tension in your grip and a very slightly bent right arm at setup will help
3.Kick your right knee down and in at setup.This will do 3 things
a. it will place weight on the inside of your right foot at setup
b. it will tilt your hips slightly away from your target and align them with your shoulders ,which are currently correctly tilted away from your target.By being parallel to your shoulders ,your
spine will be in line and it will be easier to coil going back
c. it will brace your right knee.Bracing the right knee will help create desirable elastic tension in your inner right thigh and left lat at the top and will help tighten up your backswing coil by
slightly restricting your backswing.This brace of the right knee must be maintained all the way to the top of the backswing,even as the right leg straightens.
4.Your head should be aligned with your spine at setup.You are currently looking to right .On the backswing it is fine to rotate your head up to 25 degrees.

The position of the club relative to the triangle of your arms at setup should be maintained until your arms are past your right thigh.You do a good job of starting this triangle back correctly ,but you start using your hands a little too early..Just continue your takeaway move a little longer going back

The hips should be more a bump move to the target instead of turning. I have the same problem, and working on my hips has put everything in my downswing in sequence and in position. Just go to the top, then move the hips laterally toward the target, then start the downswing.

Okay, I was pretty excited to try a couple of the setup things because they seem to be easy enough to repeat. Here is what I really focused on:
Left foot turned 1/4 out
Right foot perpendicular to target line with weight on inside of foot and driving that into the ground

I put a foam ball down to make it more realistic. You will see that it looks like the ball is coming off left (pull) and possibly hooking a little.
