Accuflex Creation

post-1-1156351235.jpg

Jody Baucom - We currently have for "Tour Only" a 65 and 80 gram Wood shaft. We already have the mandrels created for a Hybrid and Iron shaft. We are testing and seeing where these will possibly "fit" so yes the Creation line may be expanded. Even though the shaft line has not been officially released yet. We expect to release the Creation line just prior to the 2007 PGA show. Price point, soon to be announced "Perfection has its Price" tm

I just built a KZG Gemini II 460 - 10,5° - FA: 0° - Accuflex Creation 65 stiff some weeks ago. Until today, I have several rounds of golf plus range time with this combo, so I feel confident to give some useful information about this shaft.

My SS right now with the driver is somewhere around 105mph, tempo is medium to fast with a mid release. The last shafts I used in a driver where Accuflex Evolution (didn´t work consitantly enough for me), Tourswing Vengeance (great shaft for the money), UST V2 65 (so-and-so) and Graphite Design Pershing 65 (best of the bunch for my swing).

For me, the Creation is all I have been looking for in a drivershaft. It´s stable, smooth, launches high with low spin. Feel is really great und the results are gorgeous. My biggest problem with the driver are ballooned shots, but that combo got rid of that. It´s the first driver, that I can´t balloon at all. Even hits low on the face don´t spin too much.

Another great thing about the Creation is it´s reliability. It recovers relativly fast, but it´s as fast as the Evolution. I am really looking forward to dryer fairways. Because of the characteristics of the shaft, I really expect to see some roll wich would be totally new for me....

If you are in the market for a stable, smooth shaft that launches high with low spin and is really controllable give the Creation a close look.

Regards,

Michael

Probably one of the best shafts I have ever tried. I put one into play in a Tour Exotics XCG 10.5 and it is an absolute bomb. The flight is high but doesn't balloon and it just keeps carrying. I am kind of surprised that hasn't been more of an interest in this shaft but at $399.00 it is certainly understandable but it does perform very well. The My swing speed is over 100 MPH and I am very happy with this shaft in a regular flex as it seems to load and unload very nicely

For a <$50 to $60 shaft which it can be found for now IMO it's sweet.I usually use a stiff but in this shaft regular seems to be the ticket for me.Have one in a tm and one in a cobra head and I just got another to rathole. That's 3 for less than half the original price. I have a feeling of being in control with this shaft.I fell in love with this one in 65g version.I think I wanna try the 80g in a fairway wood

Either the Creation's that 2 putt golf sells for cheap right now are fake, or these shaft just does not come close to fit me. I have shafted up a Bridgestone J33R (the 420cc) driver with a Creation 65 S, and a TEE CB2 4 wood with a Creation 80 S, based on the positive review on this board. Both clubs now feel extremely loose, and the ball flight and shot dispersion are alle over the place. The best description is that of a very cheap club from a department store, with a one-flex-fits-all graphite shaft.

These shafts flies straight in as number one on the list of badest shafts I have tried, pushing down Graman UL780 to the second place. If anyone located in the EU are interested in very cheap pulls, PM me.

I recently bought 80-S and had it installed in a LH R7 TP head. 44.75", D4 SW

What a great feeling shaft. Smooth and stable swinging at 108mph or so. High penetrating ball flight, no ballooning whatsoever. Dispersion is the best out of any driver I've played. Finally, a driver I can point and shoot, and work both ways when needed.

Mishits are consistenly 10 yards off target, yet playable, instead of 30-40 in woods or OB. Highly recommended shaft, if there are any left that is.

I bought a 65 and a 80 gram during the offseason. After a few times out, I really like the 80 in my 3-wood. However, the 65g feels extremely stiff in my driver. The 80g was from early in the Creations run. The 65g was bought new on closeout so that may be why it feels like crap, I've heard their quality control was crappy during the last bit of Accuflex's existence.

still say my 80g x-flex pro tour only, is the best shaft ever created, can anyone say no spin, im getting 14* of launch with 1900rpm yes 1900 rpm!!!!!!!! that is just mean to send a golf ball that far down range lmao. but seriously the thing is a spin killer, and i love it!
