First lesson today - V1 Golf Academy video

So i took a lesson today and had it video taped using the "V1 Golf Academy" with comments.

Please let me know your thoughts. Its the first lesson in a while and my first video for the year.

We worked on a very strong grip today. It felt like he wanted 3 nuckles on my left hand to show.
Worked on posture, more weight in the center of my feet.
Backswing was too far back? Should the hands be more above the right shoulder?
Seems like my wrist wasnt flat on the backswing. No supination at the bottom and my follow through was horrible.
Oh and my head wants to follow the backswing. It doesnt want to stay down.

are you planning on taking more lessons? if so, i'd just stick to those and really work hard at the things you've been given to improve.

having people here give you tips as well may just clog your brain up with too many thoughts at once, which is never a good thing.

Pause the video at the top of your back swing ..... look at where your head is positioned and facing.

To say the least ,I am not shy about making swing suggestions,but as Tfish mentions ,soliciting online ideas while you are currently involved with actual hands on sessions is going to do nothing more than confuse you.
I will say this much
Strong left hand grip ,while an individual thing ,is a good thing
Centered posture ,another good thing
Hands can go only to where your shoulder turn allows
Ditch the flat left wrist idea on the backswing.Concepts like supination tend to confuse many golfers and are a result of the proper pivot
Proper setups will eliminate most if not all lateral and up movements of the head.Rotation of the head is perfectly accepatble up to a point

Thanks for the all the comments and help. Im just looking for help on what im doing wrong or what i should be doing. I worked on the swing all of last year.
While it has served me well for part of the year, it became inconsistent towards the end of the year. Thats why i decided to break it down again and start
rebuilding it again.
