Looks pretty good overall. I think you are on plane on the downswing or at least very close.

It would help to see a front on view but if I were you I would work on a one-piece takeaway and keeping everything more connected throughout the swing.

To me it looks like you start your back swing with just your hands and arms.

Instead, you want everything to turn back together- obviously the arms have the furthest distance to travel and so they will appear to move the most- but, everything from the weight on your feet, to your knees, to your core, etc, should ALL be rotating back and through in correct sequence but TOGETHER.

Then, on the downswing obviously everything needs to unwind from the bottom up - Weight, feet, knees, hips, core, upper body, etc. but it is still all being released together.

To reiterate, overall it looks to me that everything needs to be more connected and your whole body making a full turn back and not just your arms.

This is a bit old school since today everyone teaches that you should try to generate that "x-factor"- make a much bigger shoulder turn than your hip turn

But, that can cause the problem that I think your swing has, of your hands and arms controlling the back swing instead of your whole body

I hit the ball very straight when I am swinging well because I do not manipulate the club face with my hands whatsoever- check out George Knudson

When your hands are passive the club face stays square to the ball
