Te'o is leading the nation in plays every middle linebacker should make.

NDs D line is the star of that D.

I can't believe Brian Kelly has a team so balanced. Coming from the Tony Pike days at Cincy.
[/quote]

A LB with 6 interceptions though? T-2 in the nation. Brain Kelly has done a great job. The last three teams he has coached have all been great in his third season with each program.

I played with both yesterday an today.

If I start with the TS first on the range and then switch to the Ahina it's like I'm hitting a wedge.

Transition from anser style Scotty Camerons to an insert bohemoth with a super stroke.

I really like the alignment and forgiveness. And the interchangeable weights is a bonus.

All right here we go. I have to say this is a ridiculously cool looking shaft. The feel is very similar to a fubuki, soft butt.

G25 4 wood??

It's a possibility but I would probably prefer a 5 wood or a 2 Hybrid

The S+ is about as soft of feeling shaft that I have played in a long time. But it is exactly what I was looking for for a 3 Wood. I have struggled with fairway woods for a long time, prefering hybrids, but with this set up I am very happy. The Anser head looks tremendous at address and is a great combo of forgiveness, feel, and mid launch. I don't hit this combo as far as others that I have tried in the past but I am alot more consistent. It just feels easy to swing. The head is a very different launch than the G series I have hit, much lower comparitively speaking, maybe a tad higher than the I20 but not much.

I also really like the way the head sits on the ground, kind of hugs the fairway.

Sounds exactly like what I could be looking for, out of curiosity, you didn't happen to try the stock TFC800 in the Anser before you put the S+ in it?!?

Out of all the drivers I tried this past month - the winner by a long shot was the G25. I have migrated away from the Anser mentaly for a bit now as I started to lose some carry in the cold months. I have had a lot of great rounds with the Anser but I have been disappointed by the location of my ball compared to others I play with. So I started by trying out the 913 series with a few different shafts, D3 and D2. I used to only play Titleist everything and am still a Titleist Fan Boy so I wanted to give them a try first. I liked everything about the 9.5 D3 and D+ combo except for the numbers, carry wasn't any better than my Anser. I tried a 9.5 Anser and was really pleased with the launch and spin, forgiveness but the ball speed and overall distance wasn't any better than what I had been playing.

I took out to the range and hit inside the R1, RBZ, RBZ S2, Xhot Pro, RFE, Covert T and P, and Adams LS. So basically all the big guys.

I got some sick drives out of the Xhot Pro with the Velocity shaft but was really inconsistent with it. I had some great shots on the LM with the Adams LS too but I just didn't get the ball in the center of the face often enough. R1 was really good but so weird for me to look at I was already discounting the club, same with the RBZs and RBZ S2, they were swiming up stream.

The Covert Tour though with the Fuel shaft in it really impressed me. It felt somewhat like the Anser in some sense, very low spin, lower ball flight. Liked it and was thinking of giving it a go when...

I tried what I had been saving for last - G25. I switched my Matrix 7X3 with the demo heads and went out to play with the 8.5.... I almost boughgt the demo. The head is not nearly as spaceship looking as the G20 was to me, probably because of the black finish. I do have to say the G25 head with any white shaft is going to look sick, and from an appearance standpoint I am very pleased. I played three times with it in different winds and was really impressed with the preformance. I play with someone that typically is about the same length as me off the tee (although I am known to pop one out past him every few holes) and just past him on every hole... except for the ones I was 20 yards past him.

Now let me throw in some numbers to be a little objective: With my Anser I was getting at the last indoor LM session around 10 degrees of launch with around 2200 rpms, not a lot of variance in those numbers. I do think that I get a little better launch usually but thats what it said. Now with the G25, same shaft, I was gettingaround 13 degrees with about 2800 rpms, pretty big difference. My Anser was digitally lofted at 8.5 and the demo was not but was labeled an 8.5, so probably around a 9. I will say that my numbers did have a tighter variance in the Anser vs. the G25 though, a couple of times I had a launch of 16 and spin around 3400.

But the on the course action was too good to deny. Easy and high launched drives that spun a little more than usual, but I think I may have gotten a little to obsessed with getting something low spin, low launch and dead straight.

Now I am biased... FOR SURE! But I gave a lot of drivers the opportunity and there was a head and shoulders winner. Now I have my bag set for 2013, except for a 2H, and new wedges. And the I25 line, S55s and new Titleist irons and Vokeys. And still working on the ball, I think the new 2013 ProV1x soins about 5 RPMS too much on my 9 Iron.

Yeah it should be pretty much correct, I have to check off my phone but I'll have a complete WITB ready soon. I am dropping my 50 wedge in favor of a 2H or 5W and need to get that in place then two new wedges.

Have you always played a 36" putter? Also how tall are you?

I just went to 36 and I feel much more comfortable standing over the ball.

This is the first putter I have used that is 36. I'm 6'3 and use 1/2 inch over standard Pings for my irons for reference. I like the 36 because I just feel more comfortable over the ball, I don't stand very upright but I am definitely hitting the center of the face with more consistency.
