Bushnell 1600 - who else's looks like mine?

My dad has a 1600...same problem. In fact guys at our clubs are winning 1600's in tournaments, then taking them to Edwin Watts and trading them in for V2 Patriot packs and pocketing 100 bucks. I have a V2 and think its just as good...the only thing the 1600 has is a better zoomed in view and works slightly better in high glare/direct sunlight at sunset.

If you let it bang around in the cart, I've had this happen. However, if you put it back in the case, I've never pulled it out of the case with the battery lid popped off.

I'm a fan of the 1600 vs any other just for the zoom and the easy 2 hand operation.

I just got a new one today, it was a a battle putting in the 9volt, and for it to stay in

Mine doesn't cause me any problems although I think it is a poor design. I think the door fits tight to keep things waterproof.
