Looking for the best grass fitter in the NYC area

As the title says, looking to get a grass fitting in the springtime and am not interested in indoor/outdoor places if the indoor surface is not actual grass. What's the best in the area, is it Hot Stix in Westchester?

 

I'd do Novo Golf if they did a grass fitting, but it seems like they only use a indoor / outdoor bay. Maybe I'd do a driver fitting there.

You would most likely have to get fit at a country club of some sort which would equate to a sub-par fitting with very few options. Novo has a killer set up and you are literally only a few feet from hitting off of real grass, but it's thick rough like grass. I know that their hitting mat is one of the best out there and not like a conventional range mat, but it's still not grass so not sure if that helps. Maybe you can ask to hit a few shots out of the grass/rough? Imo, having the technology and options is more important than hitting off of real grass. Good Luck.

I just have a mental thing against hitting off mats. I hit extremely well off mats, much better than my course handicap. The success has never translated over. I also start developing swing flaws when i hit an extended period on mats. Getting fit off mats would be the worst thing for me and imho, a waste of money for me.

I'm looking for the same thing - outdoor fitting, grass tees, trackman, lots of brands, within 1-2 hours of NYC. I can't find it either. I read somewhere that the Hotstix location at Doral Arrowwood was outdoors on grass tees, but when I contacted them they told me it was outdoors off of mats. I did an outdoor fitting at Hotstix in phoenix and it was great - outdoor range, grass tees, all brands, trackman, and a quality fitter.

Anyone know of any fitter that has this setup in PA, NJ, CT, NY? At this point I'd be willing to drive 3+ hours to find it.
