Guys I just realized in talking to Kadin today that this is Father's Day weekend. No way can I travel on Sunday and not be with my children all day. I have to bow out. Thank god I got trip protection. Best 17 dollars spent.

Aw crap...I always head to Madison area to play golf with my father-in-law and brothers on that same side. Hmmm...even though I was planning on driving Saturday morning and then back afterwards, I may not even be in town this weekend.

Kadin, what's easier for you, to have a guy take his name off the list 2 weeks out or to have a guy add his name in two weeks ahead of time? I'm assuming the later.

I thought I would pass this along as it is an incredible deal. Wolf Run Golf Club in Zionsville has started a membership deal where you can become a type of member with less obligation. You pay $500 to join, then put $3000 into an account. Your golf, food, drinks, and cart are deducted from the $3000 account like a debit card. NO monthly dues, no assessments. The only negatives are: you have to be a primary member at another club, you cannot play before 10:00am on weekends or holidays (there has to be some benefit to being a regular member or they would lose all their existing members). I just signed up for this yesterday. For those of you not familiar with Wolf Run, it is one of the best courses in Indiana, and my personal favorite. Very difficult course, slope rating is around 148. Michael Jordan and Mike Ditka used to come down from Chicago a lot to play it 10 years ago, not sure if they still do.

There's a course in Northwest Indiana that Jordan use to play at all the time,its called White Hawk Country Club.its a very nice course,the carts have g.p.s. on them and a full service club house.It's a beautiful course,not sure on the membership fee's though.There are a lot of really nice course's in Indiana,especially the farther south you go.they all come with healthy green fee's and cart rental as well! ☺

We've played White Hawk twice on our way up to Chicago. It is a really nice course if you get the right pair of 9's.
