$229 is steep for a wedge but I'm very surprised these are not more expensive.

Are they definitely Endo forged? I know the previous forged model was, but I thought with these they had to go with a different Japanese forger because of the "cold forged"?

I don't think it makes a difference though. Some reviewers have said that these feel as good, if not better, than the previous model. And the shape and sole designs look amazing.

I found these for $154 per club on Rakuten but the the inventory seems pretty picked over already. Tourspec may be the only way to go for these.

I've been attempting to upgrade my wedges for some time now and keep going back to my older spin milled Vokeys, looks like these May be the answer I have been waiting for.

I'm a little indecisive on what grinds to order since I'm not familiar with the Vokey line and cannot look at these in stores. Decisions decisions.

Money - I went with the 50F, 56K and got 2 60's - K grind and R grind

Once they come in, I'll give you the sourse I got these from - they came in quite a bit cheaper than TSG

I picked a set of wedges on Rakuten , Cold forged 4608F, 5008F,5412R, and 5804K all with S200 DG shafts . The difference between these and my 09' Vokeys is the softer feel on chips and less than full shots. The full shots sound softer but feel about the same, if that makes sense. My 09's were so worn out I can't give you a real comparison on spin , but these new wedges are all I need. I had PXI 6.0 in my older Vokey's and hit my 54* 110 yds and am seeing the same distance with these Cold forged wedges.

Did you get a good deal on your wedges? I hear they are cheaper on Rakuten but I have never purchased anything from that site so I'm a bit hesitant.

I can't figure out the Rakutan site. How do you select what grind you would want?

Not that hard as the bounce will determine the grind. The spec sheet will show loft and bounce and the grind is below.HTH
