Peter Millar Golf Pants?

Hey anybody have any experience with Peter Millar pants for golf? They have a number of different pants but none state for golf specifically, so didn't know much.

Any help on the following would be really appreciated:

• Which version of Peter Millar pant do you prefer, if any
  
• What other brand that is similarly styled, if a different brand.
  
• How do they fit? Run true to size / big / small?
  
• Any reviews on 'em.
  

I might buy a few pair and would hate to drop that much coin and then hate them. That's bad for marital harmony as well, he said from experience.

I love their shirts, and am a fan of the brand, but a bit lost here.

I wear the Durham Performance pants to play golf all the time. In my opinion, they run more or less true to size. I highly recommend them. Hope that helps.

Hey thanks! I appreciate the input. I think I'll have to buy 'em online so that's helpful since I can't find them in person. Would you consider them summer weight or more all season? Im in SoCal, so all season may mean something different to me.

If their pants are anything like their shirts. I'd have to wear a size 28 instead of a 34. I love PM stuff but Andre the Giant must have been their size model.

I would characterize them as a year-round pant. Not heavy but not super light. I really love them.

I agree their cotton shirts are huge, but I don't think their E4 performance stuff is overly big. I'm a large in all brands and I'm a large in Peter Millar.

I comfortably wear them in weather as cold as 45 and as warm as 80. Hope that helps.

I agree with you, this is their "golf" pant. I have 5 or 6 of the Salem Short and the Duram trouser is made out of the same fabric. They do run true to size, but my only complaint is stains are a big pain in the butt to get out and that is just the nature of the fabric. They are easy care and mine have held the crease over a year and a half now. For the most part Peter Millar Trousers run true if not a tad bit trim. The knits are a classic fit as well as the outerwear. I work for a store that caries the line so if you have any questions send me a PM and I would be glad to ship you them tax free of you are outside of Alabama!

I echo the others. Easily my favorite pants. Just make sure you stay with anything labeled "performance" "element" "e4" "wicking" and you'll be fine. Some of them come unfinished on length. They run very true to size IMO.

Yep, the Salem performance shorts are top notch. They're the only shorts I wear on the course. Highly recommend.
