Full length dividers?

My 20+ year old bag is due for replacement. Is having 14 full length dividers significantly better than top dividers, with perhaps only 3 area full length dividers? I almost always walk with a Cliq Gear cart.

Maybe I'm OCD, but the current bag has tubes, and it bothers me when they pull out, instead of just the club. I wonder if not having full length dividers will cause grips to catch on adjacent clubs and bug the heck out of me.

From my experience, the less than full length dividers to cause issue on a 14way bag. My buddy had a Callaway 14way (can't remember the model) and he did have an issue or two during each round of the grips catching on each other. He has since moved to full length 14way divided bag. I also have a 14way which doesn't have full length and I don't have an issue. (Cobra light weight). So it really is bag and person dependent. He does use mid size grips vs. my standard size but I don't think this grip size difference really matters. My opinion on full length is that Sun Mountain makes the best ones. If you can find a Nike air hybrid stand bag, it truly is an awesome bag. 14 full length dividers/putter well, and a cart strap hole so you can still access your pockets when you ride. It may weigh a little more than others but it a great bag with no tangle problems or other issues that I’ve found!!

Having full length dividers is nice. My previous ORG14L didn't go all the way to the bottom and clubs tangled pretty bad. My new 15 way Cobra King Ultradry goes all the way to the bottom but does not have an insulated cooler pocket (they suck anyway) and it's extremely light.
