Ugly blue badges on Mizuno MX-200

I agree, they would look much better without the stickers.

I'm sure they're easy to remove though and I can't see how it could affect performance in any way, they're small after all.

They are just stickers. They can be removed without effect. I ordered a mixed set of MX-200 (5-7) and MP-52 (8-PW) due to arrive next week. I will be removing the ugly blue stickers from the MX clubs.

I have played the MX-25s and 200s. Only difference I saw with the 200s was the slightly larger head and the looks. They don't seem to play any different, longer, better, or anything. That's why I didn't buy them this year. I will probably go combo set end of the season 200s and 52s. that's a great combo set!

PS, I do have a friend with them who has removed the stickers. Easy to do... looks GREAT!

I haven't played the 200 yet but as a MX23 player for 5 years I did test the MX25's when they came out. I found them to be slightly more harsh than my MX 23's but this may have been a shaft issue. I did not find the 25's to be a significant improvement in feel, forgiveness, or playability over the 23's therefore they have stayed in the bag.

Of course I plan to look at both the MX200 and the MP52's over the next month or so. I would also like to see the blue sticker removed to give them a simpler classy look.

Please let us know how this mixed set works out? I was contemplating doing the same.

You might need to weaken the 5-7 so your distance gaps are consistent, since the MX200s are lofted stronger than the MP52s.

I really don't find the blue to be that annoying and I kind of like it. Interested to see what they would look like without them though.

A lot of companies use the badges on the back as subtle SW modifiers. Callaway, Ping etc. do this, not sure about the mizzies.

I called Cobra about removing badges and they said the badges are part of the SW.

The clubs are due to arrive on Thursday. I will post pics after I remove the stickers. Anyone have some suggestions for removing the stickers?

You will notice that they are silver background color instead of the cheap looking US model.
