Snowmobiling

Anyone here ride sleds? I've been riding my while life. Rode with my parents until I was 9 and I've been driving my own ever since. We used to be Polaris riders until after they came out with the fusion. Now I ride a 2008 Ski-Doo Rev XP 600 SDI. I absolutely love it and refuse to trade it in. I'm thinking of throwing a sled wrap on it.

What do you guys ride?

Very nice! I used to ride when I was a kid but with kids of my own I just do not have the time or resources.

On a side note we just had a guy killed on his sled near my house two nights ago. Make sure you know the terrain you are riding.

Same boat here as ZAP. I used to have a Ski-doo years ago, but now I have kids... so we have plastic sleds and inflatable tubes...

Gave it up 2 years ago. Last sled was a Poo Dragon 600 SP. 96 picks down the middle, 4 inch riser bar, Bergstrom triple point skegs, custom windshield, grips, flap.
Only gave it up cause became of an age where i can winter in a warm clime and golf

I've been riding the same places my whole life so I definitely know the terrain. Aside from some jumps in my backyard like this video I keep it safe and don't act like an idiot. With the prices of sleds now it's becoming cost prohibitive

Sounds like it was a sweet setup. I tell ya, in a way I'm glad I don't have the means or location to play golf all winter. It would be a tough choice between riding and playing!

I rode a few times during a trip to northern Michigan for Christmas/New Years 2001. Super fun but haven't since then.
