Anyone get one yet? I believe only 2000 were produced and those 2000 lucky buyers have a chance to be 1 of 24 golfers to "tee it up with Tiger".

Last year a member of GolfWRX (I believe he was from Alberta, Canada) actually got a platinum ball, and then went on to win a hole with Tiger. He had nothing but awesome things to say about it.

we got one a couple weeks ago in the golf shop. we cheated the system and went through every dozen though. it came in a dozen platinums though not the blacks like above.

I have a freind who last year acutally was one of 24 who went to Orlando and played a par three with "the great one"

He also had the opportunity to have dinner with Tiger and said it was an incredible experiance.

I would start buying balls today for the chance of playing with Tiger, but becuase of the post above mine, it makes the chances so small I won't bother. It's very F'd up that workers in golf shops would open sleeves looking for the winning ball. Nike should seal the dozens, so idiots like joshvoight could not spoil a great promotion. Any thoughts?

i'd consider opening the boxes in the shop....but only simply to know which box it was in so we could know who won it and see the looks on their faces when they got it. i would absolutely put it back.

 

 

 

but since not one single member at our club play nike balls....it would never get bought until they went on super clearance at the end of the season.

I'm dreading having to deal w/ people who buy these balls and then try to return them the next day b/c they didn't win. I think I'm going to put up a "No Returns" sign on these balls to save myself some grief.
