I got my MP 57s that I currently play for 125.00 4-PW. They are a nice set of used players irons for super cheap.

That being said, I have my eyes on a shiny new toy..MP 20s. Not because they are going to improve my game, but because they just look so damn sexy and feel sooo sweet.

Last summer was it for me. I finally started to lose distance and swing speed. I'm 56 and suddenly I was hitting everything short by 7 to 10 yards. I knew it was time to start testing lighter shafts. The D.G. Shaft I had was 130 grams. Very heavy club. It was fine when I was younger.

I put the UST recoil graphite shaft in it. F3, just a notch above the senior flex. I was able to regain some distance and it was a lot easier on my hands and arms. I'm a low handicap (2) and was nervous I would start to lose some of my ball striking but testing it out then actually playing and practicing with them, nothing changed except I hit them a little further and a little higher and they were much easier on my body.

They have a sweet feel to them. Better than my Mizuno's which surprised me.

Glad I made the switch. It was a big deal for me and caused quite a bit of stress for me. LOL, now I can't remember why?

Mizuno are premium clubs that are reasonably priced (for the category) and are also very affordable used. Even last year's MP-18 SCs, for example, or anything in the JPX line, can be found for a good price on eBay. And there are enough of them out there that you can find the shaft and setup you're looking for.

There are millions of other other options, but I just think the quality-to-price ratio is very good with Mizuno.
