How long does it take them to respond? I emailed them yesterday and haven't heard back over two business days. I tried to use their chat feature which made me sit there and wait until it said that the chat session was idle for too long. And now the chat isn't available. They sent me yellow balls instead of the white ones I ordered. Seems ridiculous to not respond to customers over two days.
