Nice set up. Love the timeless! I also don't go higher than a 56* wedge. I rarely, if ever, am in a situation and say wow I wish I had a 60.

Thanks guys! I dropped the 60* this summer and haven't missed it at all. I've always been pretty good at manipulating the 56* when I have to. When I had the 60* my problem was that I was always down-cocking to deloft it rather than using the correct wedge which over time made my chipping motion inconsistent.

Thank you! Most of it is the course and the conditions. If it's wet the the 712u 2 iron is essentially useless. I use the 712u a lot over the 915H.d because there are a lot of holes at my home course that 230 yards off the tee is all you need and it won't get me in much trouble like the hybrid has potential too. Sometimes though if I'm playing a course that has a few 200+ par 3's though I'll put the hybrid in because the consistency in carry is far better. A lot of it depends on how well I'm hitting too :) That's a sweet set with the CB's and good luck in 2016!

Going to try a 915 D4 8.5* and see what it does to spin at the expense of forgiveness. I play my D3 at 8.75* anyways so it should be similar in launch. If forgiveness isn't too bad it could be a winner for sure. I may also have this head hot melted, any recommendations on where to have that done?

Do you have a custom club builder in your area? With hotmelt, some are good, some may not be. I've seen a lot of happy customers who have sent clubheads to Will Peoples. You may try him out.

Love the bag. I see you have the 712u 2 & 3 iron. Do you like the 2 with the hybrid shaft more than steel? Thinking of replacing my MB 3 iron with a 3 712u and adding a hybrid shaft in my 2 712u.

I like them both. It depends on what you're trying to do really, like I think of my 3 as a 3 iron replacement and my 2 is a driving iron. The graphite shaft is nice off the tee and is light and packs a good punch that you just don't get out of a steel shaft. If you use the 2 a lot off the tee then I think you'd love a hybrid shaft!

I agree completely. I still have a 3 iron MB with the 714's and 716's but the 712u is just so much more forgiving. I'd say give it a whirl, I bought mine on here from a member for $80. If you don't like it it's not hard to get your money back on them now. T-MB is a different story though.

Finally got out to the course today to hit some of the new gear! The 915 D4 is AWESOME! When I first got it I couldn't stand the sound of it so I contacted Will Peoples and for a very reasonable price and one day turnaround time I was able to have 7 grams hot melt added and it sounds better than any driver I can remember and it's so hot off the face, so I thank and definitely say I would recommend him for his service. The 716 MBs honestly are what you see is what you get. I see no real visual differences at address, feel is slightly more "clicky" than the 714's IMO, but I do like how the feel really. BTW I swapped Timeless's (It's basically my other's twin only with a HHH stamp on the face). Putter looks amazing but my putting is a little rusty!
