Fitting question with picture of face impact

Hey guys. I've had X14s for the past 15 years. They are standard length and lie. They've taken me from a 15 handicap down my current 7.1 index (up from 5.9 a few years ago). I was hitting balls at an indoor dome and noticed I am hitting most shots slightly out toward the toe. Here is a picture.

Generally speaking, what does this mean in terms of fitting?

Sorry, but by itself, it doesn't really tell us anything specific about the fit of the equipment - or even if the issue is equipment related at all. With irons, not getting center contact tends to more commonly be swing related issue. Now, if you had two different sets, and one you hit perfectly and another you always hit off the toe, we might be able to look at the differences in the club specs to see what might be causing the different results.

I had a similar issue a while ago. Most shots going straight but definitely with a toe strike bias. Got our club pro to have a look and his suggestion was to stand 1/2 inch closer to the ball! Been striking the ball fine ever since.
