Or a cheap stiff flex shaft for the M1 that I will probably only use for one range session before declaring it garbage?

I will give you one signed handmade chode sleeve of Titleist ProV1xs to test hit that DI for an agreed upon extended period of time.

I will throw in two chode sleeves of different Bridgestone models to test drive the shaft for a period of time that I will not tell you up front.

Two sleeves > one sleeve. This is a great deal for you.

Have you ever made bourbon slush/ You should.

I've got a stock diamana in stiff that PQ let me borrow/have that I have never swung, adjusted or returned in two years.

At some point it becomes mine, right? This can be used as trade bait for something, right?

How about used shoes? Anyone got any used shoes they want to trade? LOL

Used gloves?

I've got a couple MG DynaGrip Elites hanging on my bag. Nice and broken in. Hive-approved, and available at a steep discount. I promise they'll never smell like that death glove from Northwest a couple years ago. That glove. Yeesh.

Watching BET's Throwback awards show. From 2009. BelBivDevo was just singing 'Poison.'

1. I have lost control of the remote.

2. Poison was my jam back in the day. Still kinda is.

3. I need to reconsider my life choices.

There is a great track on the DJAM/Travis Barker Coachella concert disk that uses the BBD Poison samples.

Its possible that sentence is unintelligible to 99% of you.

Lesson went well. She said that I had a lot of good things in my swing and she didn't want to mess with anything. However, she noticed I had a two way miss and inconsistent strike (shallow and fat). She had me grip the club, focusing on the grip pressure coming from the last three fingers of my left hand and my thumb and index finger of my right hand. To reinforce this, we made swings with a tee between my two hands. Doing this I eliminated the handsy action at impact and stopped the left miss.

I played 18 after and shot a 93. I did yank two drives left but the rest were to the right if I missed and much easier to find. I also ripped the longest and straightest drive on one par 5. My ball striking was a bit off after a few holes as I started to get quick and the new grip pressure swing thought took over and made me forget about other thoughts. Once I realized that I was good to go.

Shot a 48 on the first 9 and a 45 on the second nine. I carded two triples on the second nine too. We (me and my buddy) got stuck behind a foursome that wouldn't let us play through so it gave us a lot of time to practice all kinds of shots. It was a good time.

I'm planning to schedule more lessons and get this golf game of mine fully sorted out. She was definitely impressed by my swing given that I've basically had no golf instruction.

Are we talking BBD's song Poison, or the band Poison? The Flesh & Blood album was one of the first things I had on CD back in the day, and was on heavy repeat in my early teen years.

For the kids out there, CDs were the things we listened to music on after cassettes but before we got our sweet 32 MB Rio mp3 players that could hold 15 songs on them. And cassettes were the things we recorded music on from the radio. I still have a vague recollection of having a cassette of the Toadie's I Come from the Water that was missing the first 15 seconds of the song because I wasn't quick enough hitting the record button when it came on.

Started strong and felt like I stumbled to the finish yesterday at Chesapeake Hills. 40-49. Greens were shaggy and bumpy which made for some weird rolls on the front 9 when I was actually hitting greens. I just wasn't getting putts to the hole. I wasn't hitting fairways and twice the driver and I didn't get along, but I thought I kept my head in the game and was able to recover pretty well for the most part, I feel like I should have been in the 30's but I'll take a 40.

On the back I just lost the ability to think through a shot and execute. I parred 12 and 13 (had 2 lucky breaks on 12 when I should have been in tree jail but still got the GIR), but other than that it just felt like I would hit a great shot off the tee but then I'd hit a poorly executed second shot and from there it was a struggle. This happened on 11,14,15,16,and 17.

Overall though it felt good to be out enjoying the nice weather. Pain in my side was there a little bit all day, but I rushed to the tee to try and beat a twosome that looked like they'd be slow so I probably could have avoided any pain with some minimal stretch/warm up. I played through/with 5 groups over the course of the day. Most were in their own words "just out here for the sunshine and beer".

Looking forward to Oak Creek with Tex Sunday morning (still an opening for 2 with us at 7:30, but you have to make your own tee time)

We played a little 3-man at Hobbits yesterday. Me, Sully, PQ.

Hole 1 might have been the highlight of the day. Sully hits a weak fade right. I hit a fade right, and PQ hits a fade left. Way left, like on the other side of the 9th fairway.

Sully knocks a shot about pin high from 175. PQ hits his over some trees to about 18 feet, and then I need punch from 150 with a 4 iron under some limbs, through the greenside rough, and it stops like 15 feet from the hole. Sully 3 putt, but he had a stroke.

Sully hit 3 great shots on 2, and had about 10 feet for bird, getting a stroke. I was like, "I think PQ and I are in trouble." We were.

No one really scored well. I was getting up and down, and 2-frutting my way to 13 putts on the front. +1 coming into 7 and I shanked a chip that should have been a 10/10 up and downer. Tripled 8 on a shot that didn't miss the green by much and went into the hazard, then parred 9 on a 2-frutt.

Anyway. . .10, I push a 4W right and I think we'll find it. but I hit a provisional anyway that looked like it was gently fading into the right rough and should have been back in the middle of the fairway. Can't find the first one. Oh well. Can't find the second one. It was like a fade that started left side, and was gently fading back. I honestly don't know if it was lost in the right rough, right hazard, left rough or left hazard. I'm dead serious. I'm like 25% sure of every one of those theories. I have no idea where that ball went. I'm not a fan of that hole.

I think from now on, it's 3-iron off that tee. . .end of story.

Anyway, round went to crap after that. On 13 & 14, I hit back to back drives about 290, and bogeyed both of them from about 135. Rolled in a bird from the fringe on 16, then doubled 17, and lost a ball on 18.

Sully hit a shot of the year candidate and a "bullshot" of the year candidate.

Sully took the prize yesterday. I was big loser.

Every round out there firms up my realization that there is no predominant wind pattern there. The wind there SWIRLS. It just swirls and gusts. It's very weird.

Sir Grumpyface Servesalot was not working. The nice one was.
