I have played the Pinnacle Gold and it is a good ball. It has been my go to over the last couple years and I have played it more than anything else.

I have tried a box each of the New Rush and Soft. I have played them over the last 5 or 6 rounds exclusively. I feel the Rush plays similar to the Pin Gold. I will use it in place of the Gold with no concerns.

The Soft is definitely soft. If you prefer a softer ball, I think you will like this one. Nothing bad about it, I just like the Rush a little better.

the rush lasted 4 holes....went off the back and played 3 balls on every shot. and putt...that was fun! showed what I COULD do if i hit every shot just right, lol... 2 under...

chrome soft: still a tad short off the tee...long on approaches...putts too soft for me...will try new ones soon...

rush: feels diff...cant put my finger on it...might have to get used to it when pg goes away...doesnt feel solid, if that makes sense...

pg: feels perfect. not a rock. nor a marshmallow. putts like a dream.

today was a fun practice, and has inspired me to practice even more, in all areas...but hitting them close with irons really helps the cause...ive been happy just to be on the green, with the occasional tv shot...but today was an education...gonna really go after it with practice...yeah, i play 100+ rounds a year, but today i saw the future...the senior tour, lol!

Found a PG today........played 2 holes with it (sort of)........one hole not bad the next hole came up short on a par 3 and now it sits and the bottom of the pond.

i sliced the rush into the woods trying to crush it off the tee...must have cast the driver out in my feeble attempt, coming across and adding the side spin....really was trying to see exactly wha the 13. driver could do...got the m1 on my mind...gonna hit gsmith next weekend...i can feel it...

Really wanted to pick between the gamers soft & 50 Elite today but the conditions wouldn't allow it & hitting both balls well made it too tough to make the call after just 1 round so the journey continues.......but it will be fun & as long as I play decent I'm good.

I ordered a box of Crush, will be here tomorrow. I played down in NC this week, windy every day and wet a couple as well.

Played my best rounds with the PG, and noticably different when the wind and rain popped up with other balls. Others I played was Chrome Soft and TP5 Penta. Closest ball off the tee to the PG for me is the e7, but the e7 is much firmer.

Will pick up some PG's and stock up before they disappear!

I did hit a PG today with my 3 hybrid about 225 or so yards. But that was only because nobody could find my previous shot in the thick uncut rough & figured I'll just use it here.

Played again with the Rush and felt slightly softer than pg but felt much better putting and chipping. Is long of the tee and irons fly high and land soft with little roll out for me. Does not jump of the putter like some soft balls due and very predicable around the greens. Hit a couple softs and they do not feel as good as the rush but my wife loved them as she has been playing duo and liked this better. Will be in my bag this summer for sure.

Also, I found the gold was holding greens as well as chrome soft...which probably says something about my skills...

FYI- They are not going to make the Pinnacle Gold as they are being replaced by the Rush. If you like the PG, stock up on them now!

Also, the Rush has the lowest compression and cost about $16-$19 per dozen.

Strange that no one has mentioned the other comp ball to the new RUSH, which will be the Titlesit DT TRUSOFT. They discontinued the DT SO LO and the Trusoft is a good ball and may be around $23-$27 a dozen. Give that ball a try Just plain Bill. Hey, they make that in yellow too!!!

The rush might take some getting used to...def gonna try it for afew tour...then stock up on the gold, lol

Should be able to source some for a while yet until the stockists supplies run out and then switch to something like

the Rush ball, or Velocity. I have tried the V (haven't lost one yet) and quite like them, except the Pinnacles are cheaper.

Played again this weekend with the rush and was stopping the ball on greens 165 to 175 yard irons and not rolling out more than a couple of feet!

My ball for this year!

Sounds promising, how was your distance/accuracy off the tee with this ball?

I was not having a good day with driver as was hitting skyballs so would not judge it but when i played earlier I thought they were just as long as the pg

thnx. I'll eventually have to switch when the PG's run out and this could be the one. It's a mid compression as compared to the PG high so it should go ok with my slower ss.
