I have played a few rounds with the rush now and it feels a tad softer than the pg but seems just as long but not real noticable! Seems like it holds the greens better also and is great when putting!

That sounds encouraging :)

Cleveland Launcher #4 wood

Cobra King Hyper Steel #7 wood

BB Heavenwood # 9 wood

I have played the Pinnacle Gold almost exclusively the last couple years. Does everything I need a golf ball to do at my skill level. Can find them easily and they are Made in the USA which is a bonus for me.

I picked up a dozen of the new Pinnacle Rush. I have them used them for 3 rounds very similar to the Pinn Gold. Maybe a tad softer. Putt and chips well. No issues with it and it will be my new ball.

Went to the Pinnacle website and do not see Pinn Gold listed, so it looks as if the Rush is my new ball.

.

I played 27 today with the Yellow Rush. Around the green it was decent. I found it to be long with the driver and other woods. Soft enough and does not explode off the putter. Calls SSoft is guilty of that many times in a round. I did a quick test after my round.

Volvik crystal,titleist tour S,cally super soft,pinnacle rush.

All yellow balls. The Rush was longest from the tee by an average of 6 yards. My gamer the super soft was second place followed closely by the Volvik.

Definitely gaming these tomorrow. Very straight ball flight as well. Chips seemed to spin a little more than the Super soft

I am thinking of making the Gamer Soft my full time choice we will see after I can get on the course with all this weather.

I may check out the gamer soft as well. From most "expert"advice I fall into the mid compression range. I have had several super softs almost explode on me after a few rounds. I am not a big hitter. I want to try a mid compression ball for a change.

Ok my mistake. I meant the Gamer. The soft is a low compression ball.

Neither am I but in 1 round I got solid distance with it & it landed soft on hard greens.............need more time with it though.

I have the Maxfli Orange softfli's. The distance is awesome and it is straight. There is no spin around the green and there's not much feel to the ball. The orange color is nice. But, I prefer yellow, Overall, not a bad cheap ball. But, nothing great either.

Another 18 holes with the Rush. I am impressed. Just a better ball than my beloved Supersoft. Much better off the putter. Longer for me with the Driver as well. The only problem I have is chipping. Use a high lofted wedge and it is fine but it definitely does not spin a lot but the positives far out weigh the negatives for my game. It was still raining and wet today,my drives were still rolling out. Super impressed.

So heres my review of the Pinnacle Rush, a ball I have played with now for three nine hole rounds.

Myself: A mid to high handicap player, slower swing speed around 89-92. I play distance balls because Im a better player around the greens than other parts of my game. Balls I have played previously: Pinn Gold, Z Star SL, 50 Elite, Duo. The main theme is yellow balls that benefit slower swing speeds.

Long Game(Outside 160): Rush gives a mid-high launch with good run out. Slightly more height than the Gold, distance maybe 5 yards either way.

Perimeter(90-160): Rush launches higher here, I would describe the flight a little like 50 Elite, maybe lower for these shots 7i-GW

"Not Far Away": Chipping and Pitching produces a higher flight than Gold, direction feels true. Ball checks quicker than Gold, feel is maybe a couple hairs softer than Gold.

Putting: I play a milled 8802 putter and am no great putter myself, but here are my impresions. A definitive improvement over Gold is the feel, roll off the Rush. It's softer, runs it's line truer, and comes off slightly less quickly than Gold.

Aesthetics: The logos are bolded and the yellow color is deep and very easy to see. The graphics overall, are welcomed.

Overall: I am happy with the Rush, it's a ball that gives me more distance and less sidespin than other balls. Maybe doesn't go quite as low and straight as Gold, but also wont run out the boundry like Gold seems to do for a good while. Irons and on give a higher launch, less runout which is welcomed. Putting is much better, as I think that was the main improvement they were after.

Thanks for reading, any more specific questions I would be happy to give some insight.
